Mouse in a Teapot

Very rare smart clean vinyl with a nice gloss cover with minor 2cm rub on spine. Includes lyric sheet.

NZ psychedelic folk duo The Forgiving was formed in 1968 with the three members from "The Itch" and "P.C.G.Citadel" (Garry Powell guitar/keybds, Gary Hunt bass and twin brother Paul Hunt drums). The band only played original music except from the stage show 'Under The Sun' written by Victoria University Professor Jenny McLeod. A single (Shadow People) and live album was recorded on the Phillips/Polygram lables of 'Under the Sun'. "The Forgiving" played many gigs in the North Island. Garry Powell left Palmerston North and shifted to Auckland and the Hunt twins continued as a duo, cutting another album called 'Mouse in a Teapot'.
